Silent Disco Event Service Agreement:
This Event Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between [On The Low] ("Company") and [Client Name or Organization] ("Client")
as of [Date] for a Silent Disco event to be held on [Event Date] at [Venue Name and Address].
1. Scope of Services: The Company agrees to provide Silent Disco event services, including wireless headphone systems, transmitters,
and on-site technical setup.
1.1 “DJ”: Client is responsible for the DJ booking. “On The Low” has an Artist page with a selection of artists to collaborate with for their event.
The “On The Low Technician” will connect with the DJ/artist to integrate the Silent Disco system onto their mixer.
2. Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit of [40]% of the total event fee is required to secure your date.
The remaining balance is due no later than [7] days before the event.
Accepted payment methods include [credit card, bank transfer, PayPal].
A late payment fee of [50]% may apply for overdue balances.
3. Cancellations & Refunds: If the Client cancels more than [30] days before the event, only the deposit is retained. Within [30] days, 50% of the total fee is due. Within [7] days, 100% of the total fee is due. If the Company cancels for reasons other than force majeure, all payments will be refunded in full.
4. Event Responsibilities: The Client must ensure adequate power supply, venue access, and any necessary permits. The Company is not responsible for issues caused by venue restrictions, power failures, or third-party interference.
5. Equipment Handling: All headphones, transmitters, and related gear remain the property of the Company. Only Company staff may adjust or operate the equipment. Lost or damaged headphones will incur a replacement fee of [$65] per unit.
6. Liability & Indemnification: The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims or damages except those caused by gross negligence. The Company is not liable for injury or loss resulting from guest misconduct or misuse of equipment.
7. Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for delays or failures due to events beyond their control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, or government restrictions. Both parties will make good faith efforts to reschedule.
