Got some questions?

Maybe we can answer them!

“So are you just renting out wireless headphones?”

Nope—we’re doing way more than that.
ON THE LOW creates curated, immersive audio experiences.

Yes, we rent out high-quality wireless headphones, but we also help design the vibe—music, layout, ambiance, and more.

“What is the ‘Technician’ about?”

The “On The Low Technician” is employed and is meant to serve as a distributor/manager of the headphones. Their job is to ensure that the headphones are returned, cleaned properly, and then re-distributed or charged. The Technician is also responsible for investigating any tampering or damage that has happened to the headphones and will make a note of it on the headphone organizing sheet.

“Ok…How many headphones are we talkin?

As long as they are “Talent Prism Headphones”
as many headphones as you need/afford! But an extra Channel is different.

“Does it have to be Silent?”

Not entirely! The “Silent” part can be beneficial in multiple ways!
It can be used for a silent viewing of media in a loud conference space. If the location of the party is in a tight apartment complex where“noise” is an issue.

And a very underappreciated value with these headphones is that you can
CONTROL YOUR OWN VOLUME!

No more Tenitus when you come out of the club.
If the music is too loud in your ears, you, as the listener, can turn down the volume knob to your own liking!

But we can always add a speaker! ($40)

“What about these ‘Deposits'?
Am I going to be charged Extra?!?”

We intend to be transparent with our pricing, trusting that it is in fair practice.
That being said, we aim to offer two types of “Deposits” for two specific reasons:

Reason 1: “Booking Deposit”. We want to make your event special! This specific deposit is the amount that is held by “On The Low” until the day of the event. Not only does this booking confirmation “hold your event” in our calendar, but it also allows you to cancel your event entirely if need be. For the sake of the Deposit being deducted and not the entire amount.

In theory, the event would be booked with a confirmation deposit equal to 40% the sum of the contracted event. The event is then booked and held with an open invoice for the sum of the contract. The client can either complete the invoice, confirming their event, or they can cancel their event at any time up until 7 days before their event. If the client fails to communicate the cancellation after the 7-day window, they will have to forfeit their confirmation deposit.

*Example: Blacks Beach Disco Day: Silent Disco Audio Pkg 20 Headphones, 4 hours (July 14, 1999) = $875
Initial Deposit in holding would be: $350 ($875 x 40% = $350)

Reason 2: “Security Deposit”. This deposit accounts for potential damage to the headphones. The Client shall be held financially responsible and will be charged $65/NF(Non-functioning) Headphones. This amount will be invoiced to the client via email, with physical proof of the damage if available.

The client has 30 days from the date the invoice was sent to complete it. (This applies to both Invoices)

*Example: After the Blacks Beach Disco that took place on July 14th, 1999. The “On The Low Technician” marked 3 headphones as “NG” with a comment saying, “Headphone woofers infiltrated with abundant sand.” As well as showing image proof of the headphones and the stated damage, an invoice for $195 ($65/NF Headphone) is to be paid by August 13th, with 30 days to pay the invoice before further legal action.

Still Curious??
